By accessing or using the website and services operated by Auragentics LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Auragentics LLC provides AI-driven business intelligence solutions, including but not limited to AI agent development, automated lead generation systems, and business process integration services.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials (information or software) on Auragentics LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

4. Communications & SMS

By providing your phone number to Auragentics LLC, you consent to receive periodic text messages (SMS) from us regarding your inquiries, service updates, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message, and reply "HELP" for assistance.

Loyalty programs. Where you join an SMS loyalty or rewards program that we operate on behalf of a participating business, you consent to receive welcome and reward messages, reward-availability notices, balance replies to the keyword POINTS, and occasional promotions from that business. Message frequency varies with your visits; marketing messages are limited to no more than four per month. Reply STOP to end them at any time. Points and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and are granted, adjusted, and honored at the sole discretion of the participating business, which may change or end its program at any time. 5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auragentics LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Auragentics LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
